Sunflower (Helianthus annuus)

Typically available mid to late summer

Sunflowers are a summer favorite! Being heliotropic in nature, they grown in response to the sun! They are an annual plant and some varieties can grow over 10 feet in height! They are suprisingly easy to grow and are heat/drought tolerant.

We love them to attract pollinators (like bees!) to our gardens and as cut flowers to enjoy in our home!
