Long-stemmed blooms all summer long are easy to love in shades of pink or pale lavender-blue with recent introductions have brighter colors. Scabiosa is a great cut flower, attractive to bees & butterflies and is deer resistant; best in full to part sun.

Care Full sun is best, plants bloom best when regularly deadheaded. Powdery mildew can be a problem in shade or poor air circulation but mildew resistant varieties are available.
