Being one of the oldest species known to man this infamous tree grows extremely slow to heights of 50-80’. The Female trees are well known for their smelly fruit that become very unpleasant as they decay. The distinctively bold green fan-shaped leafs turn to a vibrant yellow in the fall while the light brown to gray furrowed bark becomes a prominent feature with age.
