Lush, strap-like foliage with a mounding habit topped by long sturdy stalks & a fireworks-like cluster of flowers in white, dark blue, or blue-purple. Looks great in beds, borders or when used in containers; summer blooming: June – October and attractive to hummingbirds.
Care: full sun to partial shade, requires well-draining soil & becomes drought tolerant once established. Varieties range in hardiness, flower color and plant size but can be 18” tall or up to 6 feet. Protect from freezing weather, mulch up to 6” deep in ground & protect from slugs. Deer resistant makes good cut flower.Care
