Lavender (Lavendula)

Typically available early spring to late fall

A Mediterranean favorite, Lavender is drought tolerant with green/silver to silver foliage. Flower spikes are typically purple or blue in summer but can also be pink or white. Deer resistant and evergreen; attracts bees.

Care Full sun (at least 6 hours), needs well-draining soil, drought tolerant once established; cut back spent flower stalks after bloom to keep plant compact in size. Also makes a great container plant!
