The commonly known Eastern Redbud is an attractive understory specimen with a gracefully rounded canopy that typically reaches heights of 15’-30’ with slightly larger spreads. Come early spring you’ll find precious tiny rose-purple flowers that lace this smooth barked, bare branched specimen prior to the beautiful foliage displays to come. It’s worth mentioning that this sensitive species will not respond well to poorly drained soil conditions or transplanting. Treat it with lots of TLC and enjoy!Care
