A unique flavor people either like or dislike; used today in a variety of ethnic cookery, particularly Mexican, Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, and Indian (coriander is cilantro seed). Thrives in cool weather, can bolt in heat. Harvest regularly, replant every few weeks for continued supply.
