Front Entry Facelift

The goal of this project was to remodel and update the home's front deck and entry. Front yard renovation included crane removal of 10’x12’ hedge of rhododendron to save and re use elsewhere that had shielded the front of the home, aging it, along with a traditional narrow cedar deck. The design and landscape construction includes a new architectural slab surfaced deck with multiple landings and integrated steps, custom railing plus a sand surfaced concrete walkway sweeps to the new entry. Boulder accents and a split rock wall levels the perimeter gravel path. New plantings and low voltage lighting compliment the new construction. The completed project provides an extension of living space, low maintenance and a fresh, functional, stunning new appearance for the home.
