Design/Build is a method in which the same company completes a project from design all the way to installation — and we wouldn’t landscape any other way. We’ve found that continuity between design and construction makes for well-managed projects with high-quality results. So our extensively trained in-house design and construction teams work together to seamlessly execute each project exactly the way it was intended, creating end results that are as perfect in real life as they are on paper.

Landscaping is an investment, and our many years of experience have taught us the value of a well thought-out, big-picture approach when starting a project. The design process begins with an assessment of your property and landscaping goals. We then look at your whole yard as a concept, making plot plans, taking elevations and creating a master plan that helps you develop your landscape efficiently — on your timeline, and within your budget.

We want our completed landscapes to do two things: make our customers extremely happy, and in doing so reflect the professionalism and ability of our company. So these are the elements we use to achieve that goal — which, when put together, just happen to equal an exceedingly high standard of project quality.

  • Method. We either meet or exceed industry standards, and our training program for our installation crews has been nationally recognized.

  • Materials. Our materials are sourced from reliable, responsible suppliers, and are carefully inspected prior to installation to make sure they meets our standards.

  • Standards. Preconstruction meetings, a project manager, designer walk-throughs during construction, flow sheets for deliveries—our extensive project procedures make for really well managed, well built projects.

We’re as concerned about the long-term success of your landscape as we are about the design and installation. Our post-installation resources — like warranties for plants, sprinklers, walls and patios; care guides; 24-hour irrigation repair service; maintenance plans and one-year minimum guarantees on material — help you manage and care for your new landscape. And for more complex jobs, we visit the site after both 60 and 90-days for assessment. So as your new landscape grows and thrives, all you have to do is sit back and enjoy the end result.
