This beauty display a dense flush of pure white flowers on a compact, rounded shrub. Royal Scepter is an excellent repeat-bloomer and resistance to many common rose diseases .

Available for a limited time now at any of our garden center locations in SE Portland, Cedar Hills, Lake Oswego or Seaside.
