The frosty white Hybrid Tea is both elegant and extraordinarily fragrant. The intensely sweet-smelling, pure white blossoms and dark glossy green foliage will make this rose the SPOTLIGHT of any garden. Both gardeners and rose lovers will find this a perfect holiday gift! Gift certificates are available now for the 2011 official rose at all Dennis' 7 Dee's Garden Centers. Quantities are limited. For each rose sold $2 will be donated to the Portland Rose Festival Foundation.
